1. Platform Services

Travonexa provides access to travel booking services, including domestic and international flights, hotels, holiday packages and other travel-related services made available through the platform.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability, accurate information, successful payment and confirmation by the relevant service provider. Prices, fares and availability may change before booking confirmation.

3. Payments and Charges

Users and agencies must pay all applicable fares, taxes, service fees and other disclosed charges according to the relevant booking and payment conditions.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by the applicable supplier policies, booking conditions and Travonexa's published policies.

5. B2B Agency Wallet Policy

All funds deposited by registered B2B travel agencies, agents, distributors or business partners into their Travonexa platform wallet must be utilized exclusively for eligible travel bookings through the Travonexa platform.

Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn in cash, transferred to a bank account, or claimed as a refund upon account closure, suspension or termination. Agencies are responsible for depositing funds according to their anticipated booking requirements and utilizing the available balance for bookings through the platform, subject to applicable booking conditions and supplier rules.

6. Agency Accounts and Credit Facilities

Registered agencies are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and complying with approved credit limits, repayment schedules and platform policies.

7. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, identification and any other documents required for their journeys.

8. Supplier Terms and Conditions

Flights, hotels, holiday packages and other travel services may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, cancellation rules and operational policies imposed by the respective suppliers.

9. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Fraudulent bookings, unauthorised account access, misuse of services and other prohibited activities are not permitted.

10. Liability

The responsibilities and limitations of liability of Travonexa are governed by the complete Terms & Conditions and applicable laws of Nepal.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information and booking data are handled in accordance with Travonexa's Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Travonexa may restrict, suspend or terminate an account in accordance with its complete Terms & Conditions and applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, security concerns, policy violations or outstanding dues.

13. Complaints and Disputes

Users and business partners may contact Travonexa regarding booking issues, service concerns or complaints. Disputes will be addressed in accordance with the complete Terms & Conditions and applicable laws of Nepal.

14. Amendments to Terms

Travonexa may update its Terms & Conditions from time to time, subject to applicable legal requirements. Users and agencies are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms.
